Javier focuses his practice on tax law.
He has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, financing, corporate reorganizations, capital markets, and foreign investment. He also represents clients in tax audits and judicial proceedings involving tax and customs matters.
Additionally, he provides specialized advice on family planning and wealth management to high-net-worth individuals and families.
Before joining NLD, Javier worked as an associate at Claro & Cia. for 11 years. He also served as an international associate at Willkie, Farr & Gallagher, LLP.
