Elementa Foods expands in Chile and Peru

The NLD Abogados team led by our partner José Pablo Dulanto advised Inversiones Trans Andinas Ltda. and Guillermo Ferrón in the sale of its shares of Camilo Ferrón Chile S.A. to Elementa Foods Chile S.A. Camilo Ferrón Chile is the market leader in Chile in the supply of oil and fat of vegetal and animal origins for the production of food products.

This transaction required the antitrust approval of the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office of Chile. The price agreed will be paid in 5-year installments.
