Reporting of complaints under the Karin Law
As from April 15th, 2025, companies in Chile receiving complaints under the Karin Law (workplace harassment, sexual harassment, and violence) must report to the corresponding Administrative Body details of the complaints received.
The Chilean Superintendence of Social Security (SUSESO) has provided a form in which background information on the employer, the complainant worker and the complaint details must be provided.
