NLD acted as regional Lead Counsel to Waterlogic / Culligan in the acquisition of 100% of the Paraguayan company Pamaq S.A. (Aquamac)
NLD advised Waterlogic / Culligan, manufacturer, distributor and worldwide supplier of purified drinking water dispensers, in the acquisition of 100% of Pamaq S.A. (Aquamac). Pamaq is a company specializing in pre-treated water filtration and purification systems, based in Paraguay.
NLD team acted in its role as M&A regional counsel for Waterlogic / Culligan and it was led by partner Paulo Larraín. Manola Quiroz (partner) and Delfina Colombres (associate) were also part of the NLD team that participated in this transaction.
