She focuses her practice on regulated industries, including energy, oil and gas, natural resources, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to rejoining NLD she worked as in-house counsel at GNL Quintero where she led regulatory processes leading to the granting of permits and licenses and advised on the drafting of various contracts, including EPC contracts. Subsequently, she worked for several years as lawyer part of the Public Policy department of SOFOFA, a local business federation, being closely involved in the legislative process, as well as in the implementation of new regulations related to the fishing, forestry, energy, and food and beverage industries, among others.

Frigorífico Pacífico / Emergent Cold: Advice on financing granted by Scotiabank Chile, Banco de Crédito e Inversiones and Banco BICE for the construction of cold storage facilities.

Emergent Cold: Advice in the purchase of Hook Chile, a company specializing in cold storage facilities and services.

Emergent Cold: Advice as part of the lead counsel team in the purchase of 100% of Empresas Multifrigo SpA, a cold storage facilities’ company parent of three subsidiaries: Multifrigo Valparaiso SpA, Multifrigo Casablanca SpA and Multifrigo El Olivo SpA.

Graneros SpA: Advice on the acquisition of 100% of Sociedad Contractual Minera Bullmine, owner of mining properties and a plant to produce iodine, in Chile.

Inversiones Andalucía: Advice on the sale of the craft brewery Volcanes del Sur SA to CCU.

Waterlogic: Corporate advice on all aspects related to the acquisition of Quality Water Services.

Companies from various industries: Advice on the analysis and obtaining of permits and authorizations required for the development of projects or their operation, and conducting preventive audits in environmental and regulatory matters, as well as in matters of personal data protection. 

Pharmaceutical companies: Advice on corporate, regulatory, pharmaceutical, and personal data protection issues.

Corporación Red de Alimentos: Advice on corporate and regulatory aspects to this not-for-profit corporation, in its operation and development, as well on the implementation of some of their initiatives. 

Public policies: Participation in the development and implementation of public policies related to circular economy and especially to the Recycling and Extended Producer Liability Act (“REP Law”), environment, climate change and food, among other matters.
