Focuses his practice on the area of labor law; taxation in compensation and benefits; social security, including labor consulting; labor audits to companies; labor due diligence; advice to companies in complex cases of termination of senior executives employment contracts; advising in and structuring long-term incentive plans (such as stock options and restricted stock units – RSUs), as well as compensation structures; advising in tax, labor and social security aspects of international assignment of executives to and from Chile; and advising in corporate welfare services, multi-welfare, fringe benefits and social security benefits in general.
