NLD advised Lácteos del Sur (LactalNLD advised “Lacteos del Sur (Grupo Lactalis)” in an arbitration against a large cold storage facility in the south of Chile, in a lawsuit for contractual responsibility against the latter. After the procedure was over, the parties reached an agreement, compensating the defendant for the damages caused to our client.
